We keep your slot just for you, so please let us know early if your plans change.

Rescheduling and cancelling

• Use the link in your confirmation message to reschedule or cancel at any time.
• Please give at least 4 hours' notice so another patient can use the slot.
• You can also call +91 79997 33041 or message us on WhatsApp during clinic hours.

Missed appointments

If you miss two appointments without notice, we may ask you to confirm future bookings by phone.

Deposits

Where a deposit has been paid, it is refunded in full for cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead.
